Gift of Life offers programs that are designed to meet the unique needs of families. All our programs are voluntary and are offered at no cost. They include:
Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) - A home visitation program for first-time pregnant women that offers a free, personal nurse that gives support, advice and information to increase their success.
Parents as Teachers (PAT) - A home visitation program for either first-time pregnant women or pregnant women with children that helps them develop effective parenting skills and encourages the emotional, social and physical well-being of baby and family.
Mobile Family Coaching (MFC) - An innovative program for busy women who prefer family coaching via text, social media, and other electronic forms, coupled with some home visits.
Fathers in Action – An outreach program which seeks to improve the well-being of children through the promotion of responsible and involved fathers.
Parenting Forward (Teen Parenting ) - An outreach program that gives teen moms and dads enrolled in area high schools the education, support and connection to community resources that they need to become an effective parent and plan for a successful future.
